1. Who we are

2. Free previews

We may build a preview website for your business using information that is already public (your existing website, social pages and listings), including your name, logo, photos, hours and services. Previews are private and hidden from search engines, and there's no cost or obligation. If you'd like a preview taken down, tell us and we'll remove it.

3. Packages and prices

• Starter, $499.99 one time: the one-page site from your preview with your confirmed details.
• Pro, $999.99 one time: a multi-page site (Home, Services, About, Gallery, Contact) plus Google Business Profile setup.
• Care plan, included with every site: hosting, your domain, security, backups and content edits. Choose monthly at $49.99 (first month free, then billed every month) or yearly ($499.99 for Starter, $399.99 for Pro, billed at checkout and once a year after that).
• Work outside the care plan (new pages, new features, redesigns) is quoted before work starts.

Prices don't include sales tax if it applies. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

4. "Make it live" (pay in full)

You're buying the site you saw in your preview, together with the care plan you choose at checkout. After payment you confirm your details, and we launch within 24–48 hours (Pro within 7 days) of receiving them. Up to 3 small fixes (such as a typo, a photo swap or a phone number) are included during your first week. Bigger changes are quoted separately or handled as a customization.

5. "Customize" (50% deposit)

You tell us what to change and pay a 50% deposit ($250 Starter / $500 Pro). We update your site and send a new preview. The price includes 2 rounds of revisions. When you approve, you pay the balance ($249.99 / $499.99) and start your care plan (monthly with the first month free, or yearly), and we launch. The deposit is non-refundable once work has started. If we haven't started, we'll refund it in full on request.

6. Refunds

Because you see the finished site before paying, launched sites are not refundable. If we can't deliver what we promised, we'll make it right or refund what you paid for the undelivered work.

7. You own your site and domain

Your business name, logo, photos, text and domain name belong to you. Domains we register for you are registered in your business's name. The design code we use stays ours, and you get a permanent license to use it for your site. If you leave, we transfer your domain to you for free and give you a copy of your site files.

8. Domains

If you don't have a domain, we'll register one for you; the first year is included. While your care plan is active, renewals are covered. If you cancel care, future renewal costs (usually about $10–$15/year) are yours. If you already own a domain, you keep it at your registrar, and we'll help you connect it.

9. Care plan

Every site we host is on a care plan, because that's what pays for hosting, security, backups and your edits. Monthly plans renew every month after the free first month; yearly plans renew once a year. You can cancel anytime at Manage billing (sign in with the email you paid with), from the link in your receipt, or by texting us. We'll email you before a yearly plan renews, and we don't refund partial periods. Edits cover updating hours, prices, photos, text and small layout changes; new pages, new features and redesigns are quoted separately. If you cancel, or a payment fails and isn't fixed within 14 days, your site stays online through the end of the period you paid for, then comes down. Before then you can request your files, or we can move your site to a host you choose for a one-time $99.

10. Your responsibilities

Please give us accurate information and only send photos, logos and content you have the right to use. You're responsible for any licenses, permits or claims shown on your site being true. Messages from your site's forms are delivered to us and forwarded to you; we'll handle them promptly but can't guarantee delivery times.

11. Limits

We work hard to keep your site fast and online, but we can't promise uninterrupted service or specific search rankings, calls or sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

12. Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property. If you believe content on a website we build or host infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at contact@doorfrontdigital.com or 7025 County Rd 2532, Quinlan, TX 75474. Include your contact information, the work you believe was copied, where it appears (the web address), a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized, a statement that your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature. We'll remove or disable the material promptly and notify the site owner, who may send a counter-notice. We end service for repeat infringers.

13. Changes and law

We may update these terms; changes apply going forward and we'll tell care-plan customers about important ones. These terms are governed by Texas law. Questions? Call or text (469) 346-6601.
